Liar - shows what you know - they are all 6 feet tall.
And the orange paint used is what dates the building to 1976.

Some of the archive cabinets are about three feet high, so you may see
him
from a distance and still think that is your regular
"clothed-guy-at-the-NASM-Archives" when in fact, it's just a trick.
