[WWI] Squadrons website drives me nuts!

I was trying to make an order on Squadrons website, 
amongst other things I thought I'd get Eduards Fokker Dr1.
But when I came to check out, they found I was already a 
customer, naturally I'd forgotten the password, the idiots 
expect people to remember passwords! OK so they would send me an 
email with a new one, except suddenly they couldn't find my 
records any longer, and that was that, I was completely stuck.
So no order got registered, I'll order by email tomorrow,
but what a completely moronic system, its as if they don't want
customers! 

Rant off!

Before this I was feeling very chuffed, Watford are back in the Premiere
league,
and Finland won the Eurovison song contest with a hard rock number.
