Wow, that is amazing. So how long on average do you spend in these countries? I am at a mere 17, if I count England, Scotland and Wales separately.So you also from the best hemisphere?

Kinda depends on whose list of 'countries' one looks at; I've touched 
land (and not just the airport concourse) in 51 currently sovereign 
nations and a couple I'm not sure of. The Travelers Century Club 
(certificates suitable for framing for reaching a total of 100) list 
includes places like Puerto Rico, Macau, Hong Kong, Crete as separate, 
geographically or ethnologically different 'destinations'; by their 
list, I'm at 71 and by the end of this year will add 12 more. And I've 
met listees from or in 15 countries--looking to increase that number 
over the next couple of years.
