Here's a stoopid question from someone who has never even built an OT 
plastic kit (except $6 kits with grandkids):

I have the Roden 1:72 Gotha G.IV kit 011. Don't know when or if I'll ever 
build it. I just looked at the decal sheet out of curiosity. What's wrong 
with the kit decals? Why would someone need to buy the Techmod ones?

I realize there is a whole industry of aftermarket decals. I can only guess 
that they're for people who buy six copies of the same kit and want to do 
them as six different ships/pilots/countries.

I told you it was a stoopid question.
