It seems very appropiate to me because in that way,we know how responsible
the sellers are in this market.
I had the same problems of distribution with Over the Front
but with their great collaboration and my big persistence I have my
collection in order.
I would tell you to insist with your mails until he's bored;but my
impression is
( please this isn't a joke) that you'll have to wait until the end of the
Football World Cup (July 9th) to receive an appropiate answer.
May be you're lucky and Germany finishs its world cup, for example this
Friday,so he will answer before that date.
I hope that this irony will make him react and solve your problem.
We hope you good luck,
Martín

Subject: [WWI] Any news about Marcos Modelart?
> Hi everyone,
> Not sure if this is the place to post this but I'll let it all out, you
guys let me know if this is appropriate for the list.
> last october I ordered the 1/48 scale SP 3 resin and metal kit from John
Marcos (through his link in the WW1 modeling galleries) and he e-mailed me
the correct price including postage in euros. I sent him a Paypal payment
that was confirmed. I waited a couple of months, and did not receive the
kit. I e-mailed him, but did not hear back from him until January this
year. He mentioned that he had some health problems and was in the
hospital, but would be back in production soon and get the kit out. I still
have not recieved the kit, 6 months later, and he has not responded to any
of my e-mails since then. I was starting to think that something terrible
may have happened to him, but then a member of the Aerodrome forum told me
that he had ordered some of his resin engine kits back in February, with the
same results, friendly e-mails at the beginning, a month or so later some
excuses and promises, then no further response. And by the time all of this
has transpired it is well past
> the 45 day Paypal refund date.
> So has this happened to anyone else? I would like to get the kit,
especially after reading the great review in Windsock last year, but am not
sure what is up with Mr. Marcos. has anyone received any kits from him
lately?/ or has anyone had the same problems?
> That's about all, just wishing I got my SP3 that I paid for...
