[WWI] Roden Email trouble

Is anyone else having a problem communicating with Roden via email??  All my emails bounced back saying that I needed to use (I believe) my STMP setting...whatever that is.
Yesterday I received an email from their marketing person asking to to send my inquiry to her, and AGAIN it bounced back as undeliverable.
Adelphia Tech support told me that the problem is on their end, but of course not being able to inform them has created a catch 22 situation.
