Hi All,

I found the IM article; it is November 2003. I scratchbuilt a Short 184 and used the scalpel technique as well as Sir Harry's wing jig. It's all there FYI. I didn't mention though that the wing blank must be scribed on both sides or it will end up lookintg like a banana!

  Cheers,

  Joel

I was considering using the Rosemont wing blanks to replace the overly thick
wings on a resin kit. Any recommendations about how to make the ribs? What
about thin strips of masking tape with Mr. Surfacer sprayed over them to
blend it in?

I suppose I could resort to the old biro pen and score them on from the
underside - anyone tried that?

Michael
