ah, they've already done that.  i saw 6" wingspan mav's with cameras 
already a few years ago.  if i come across the link again i'll send it 
to you.  *they* thot the problem was that they couldn't fly missions of 
more than 5 minutes or so, but they had hopes of getting that up to 20 
pretty quick. 

*i* thot the problem was they didn't have enough wings.  or crosses.  or 
cockades.  so i didn't pay much attention after that.
