I will, however, quote from page one of Vol 17/1, a caption to a photo of a 
Spad XI model:


"This is a totally scratchbuilt model (snip) The only kit parts are Revell 
Spad 13 radiator cowling; Airfix Spad 7 exhausts,Revell Camel wheels and the 
Airfix DH4's Lewis gun."   Eee by gum, them was the days, eh? And Neil 
Crawfors still had change for a taxi home.
