I'm with 'ming here. No one wants whatever problems they may be having 
discussed in public(those imbeciles who appear on day time TV talk shows 
excepted, of course).
As for me, I've only ordered from Chris Gannon a few times and the only 
problems I ever had were my own doing, like ordering the wrong kit. And 
Chris bend over backwards to help me resolve them. Real nice guy. I hope 
he's ok.
