[WWI] Acrylics in general

Greg,
     It's great to see you still here.  You're right, I shoudn't be such a
cheapskate, but there is some kind of home improvement type that lurks in me
somewhere that just wants to see if it can be done.  Good news is that I've
two outlets selling Citadel near me now where there was none before.
Additionally, one of these shops sells a brand I had not seen called
Pro-Paint, by Reaper Miniatures, www.ReaperMini.com .  Has anyone used these
or heard of them before?
