Merry Christmas to all. Would just like to share with you a picture I  
took at the Fleet Air Arm Museum, Yeovilton yesterday, of Henry  
Allingham and the Short 184.
He told us about modifying the Short 184; "... the Germans used to  
come up underneath and take potshots, so we removed a panel in the  
floor so you could shoot downwards with a Lewis gun. Certainly  
surprised a few of them..."
