I tried to purchase them from Pegasus's web site but the link to the PayPal
is busted.  Is that company still in business?  Does anyone want to trade or
sell that decal sheet?

The link sometimes works, sometimes not. Sometimes you get an error message 
which leads me to suspect no-one is monitoring the site. No response to 
emails from Gannon of late either,  and he wasn't visible at Telford. People 
at the Aerodrome also report failure when trying to place orders, so I don't 
know if he's unwisely long-time out the country or if there's trouble at 't 
mill.
