Thank you for the compliment on my profiles.
As for the emblem on Freidrich's D.VII, I saw it in Vol.22, #2 Windsock
International.  I thought it was interesting but was not sure about it
because all of the pictures that I have seen of that a/c are too dark and
grainy.  I then happen to be looking in my Squadron in action book on the
Fokker D.VII and on page 14 there is a large picture of Freidrich's D.VII. I
could barely make out the crown and high lights of the coudron on the left
side of the emblem.  So, I decided to make it and place it on the profile.
It was something different, too.  I hope that this helps.

Andy, Welcome to the list from Boone NC!
The profiles look great! One question, the Freidrichs profile with the 
cauldron etc.. Is this based on something I haven't seen or is it a bit of 
fun as the pics do not show the left side of the emblem?
