[WWI] German Crosses

I noticed that our two sources for drawing the cross differ in one
dimension.  The one I found has the wide bases at 1/2 the overall height of
the longest leg (.5H).   The second reference has this dimension as only
being  40% or (.4H)  you might vary those variable first before you mess
with the radius
