The book has eight pages on Mosca planes, starting with the prototypes. It includes 12 beautifully reproduced photos, six of which feature the MB bis. I mention the quality of the photos because I just went through the excellent Air Britain Martinsyde book - great material but the worst job of contrast/density control on the photos I have ever seen. The chapter wraps up with two pages of drawings, including a 1/72 four-view of the MB bis. The book has major chapters on Anatra, Grigorovich, Lebedev, Mosca, Olkhovsky and Sikorsky, plus twenty pages devoted to oddities and aircraft of "Less-Known Designers". The strange beast on the cover is worth looking at closely. At first glance, it appears to have absolutely no means of propulsion whatsoever - no engine in the nose, and nothing on the wings. It appears to be flying on sheer will and audacity alone, until a closer look reveals a hint of spinning prop in the very tail of the plane. Gotta love it.
