  •    &nb= sp; According to the IDC, in 1998 the U.S. market for Human Resources = outsourcing services was approximately $6.7 billion and is ex= pected to reach $10.2 billion in 2003.

  •      PAXM president Anthony Burnham, formerly o= f Nestle-Carnation, has outlined an intense acquisition strategy for = the company.   It is projected that PAXM will achi= eve approximately $250 million in assets within the n= ext year as it moves forward toward its goal of becoming the= leader in providing complete infrastructure services.

  •      PAXM has invested millions of dollars in c= reating its unparalleled
          proprietary
    Integr= ated Service Branch to provide ultimate
         human capital management, strat= egic planning, and information
         technology services to sustaine= d growth companies.

Company Background

Cutting edge, rapid growth= companies just can't do it all.  With managing their o= wn internal growth and marketing strategies, many find it virtually impo= ssible to deal with multiple providers of infrastructure services.&= nbsp; Problem? Not for PAXM.  Its client-centric Integ= rated Service Branch (ISB) is the ultimate one stop infrastructure= service provider with a focus on sustained high-growth companies.&nb= sp;

Independent research has show= n that the high-growth company segment accounts for 95% of all net j= ob growth in the U.S.  These companies produce 20 times more = sales per employee, have 5 times the market share, and 25% greater= profitability.  PAXM management realizes the enormous potentia= l of this market and has developed a proprietary Integrated S= ervice Branch to provide an end-to-end array of high-touch and web-= based services to its target market, through both a physical offic= e presence and an integrated web-based solution.

PAXM is able to provide top q= uality service in all areas through its extensive list of alliance partn= ers.  It deals with top companies in network management, business = insurance, and disaster recovery. A few premier partners are as follows= :

Industry Stats

Industry data statisti= cs show nothing but potential for PAXM and its Integrated Servi= ce Branch model. According to a recent study by= Cognetics, Inc., a leading market research firm, rapid growth companies t= hat have demonstrated sustained growth and market acceptance, are = responsible for approximately 95% of all net job growth in the U.S. while only representing 4% o= f all firms.  Typically, these companies are twice as = likely to survive, possess 5 times the market share, and have 3 times= more net worth than the average small firm. PAXM profits from targeting those companies wi= lling to pay for the premium services it offers, and since these com= panies also have a 25% greater profitability they consistently= have a steady flow of funds to do so. <= /SPAN>

Conclusion

PAXM offers the ultima= te solution for companies looking for one-stop shopping for all of their= infrastructure needs. It touts its competition with its expertise in= human capital management services and support, strategic planning = and management services, as well as a comprehensive suit of info= rmation technology, insurance, and ancillary services. Look for news announcements soon to= come detailing PAXM's aggressive acquisition strategy as well as more infor= mation regarding the company's plans for internal growth. &nbs= p; W= ith an HR outsourcing market expected to reach $10.2 billion in 2003, = PAXM is positioned to be and industry leader.

------------------------------ Date: Mon, 8 Apr 2002 13:07:40 -0400 From: Kevin Barrett To: "'wwi@wwi-models.org'" Subject: WWI Air Fighting Video Game: One More Call for Volunteers Message-ID: <7F410E65E0835549BFBDE500A0C93C67209502@zeus.pseudointeractive.com> Hello WWI List, ***This is a repeat of the message I sent to the list last week. Please delete if you've already read it.*** Hi. My name is Kevin Barrett and I was a WWI list member for a some years (I think my photo is still in the rogues gallery). Though I un-subscribed a few years back, I've continued to keep up with your hijinks through the archives. I am contacting you today because I have a team here in Toronto that's starting to prototype a WWI air combat video game. We work at Pseudo Interactive, one of the city's premier game software developers. We make games for the Xbox and Gamecube, and are currently working on programming for the Playstation 2. We will be working on our prototype over the next two months, and during that time, several questions will crop up here at the office. (e.g.: What are the performance characteristics of such-and-such aircraft? What are the burst characteristics of a 37mm Flaming Onion AA shell? What are the visual burning characteristics of an ignited captive balloon?) You guys are definitely the right people to ask, but I don't want to clog up the list with answers to non-modeling-related questions. So, with Allan's permission, I'm asking for volunteers who want to contact me off-list and be sent a daily ream of questions. I will distribute the questions and updated answers to any interested parties. If the game prototype gets the green light from a publisher (sadly, for many projects, this is a long shot...), then many more questions will follow over the next year or so. In that event, I've already contacted list member, and personal acquaintance, Bob Pearson, about coming out to Toronto as a contractor for a brief period to make sure we get the dogfight participants, colours and visual representations of the aircraft right. But for the time being, any list volunteers would be greatly appreciated. I am not currently subscribed to the list, so please do not send responses to this E-mail to the list. Contact me off-list directly at: kevin@pseudointeractive.com Thanks in advance to any volunteers. Thanks also to Allan for allowing me to post this request to the list. Kevin. P.S.: I also want to take this opportunity to thank those many list members from years past who helped me out with many, many modeling-related questions and kit swaps! ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 8 Apr 2002 13:09:08 -0400 From: "Steven Perry" To: Subject: RE: Weekend Slamage Message-ID: <003901c1df20$188b1480$e5001c18@tampabay.rr.com> > You started on Friday and only have the rigging to do now??!! Very nice book, but not as technically detailed as the one on the Bleriot Type XI. I am a bit curious about the Liberty engine. The author, Walter Boyne, takes the view that the Liberty engine was much better than its detractors claimed, it was quite reliable, and infact quite amaizing considering the accelerated development schedule. In other works, I faintly recollect that the Liberty engine was not regarded very highly. What is the truth? Are there any books that might give a more balanced and objective assessment of the engine? I got this book from Icarus books, in Connecticut, US. They seem to have a decent collection of WW1 books. regards SSH ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 8 Apr 2002 16:30:14 -0400 From: "ot811" To: "wwi-list" Subject: aviat in detail Message-ID: <00ba01c1df3c$32c0ea20$0800010a@cyberelan.com> A few days ago, somebody posted what looked like a mail-order bait, under the subject "aviation in detail".
