Great show, well run, good vendors. 74 contestants, approx. 270 entries in all categories. OT a/c were in Rigged Aircraft All Scales category, there were 6 or 7 entries, of which 4 OT: 2 Nieuport 17 (1/48) 1 Alb DV and 1 Fok DrI (1/72). First place went to the List's own Ken Acosta for a beautiful Nieuport 17 in Esc Lafayette markings, 2nd and 3rd also went to OT a/c. One of the gentlemen I travelled with from Louisville took several photos of Ken's Nieuport so he could "remind me how it is supposed to look" :-). Hight points of the day: meeting Ken and his wife for the first time, renewing acquaintences with fellow Listee Eli Geher, and meeting WWI modelers Andy Roberts and Tony Raines, side trip to the US Space and Rocket Center Museum. Deals of the Day: DML SPAD $6.00, Esci SE5a $1.50 Scott (Skippy) King ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 25 Oct 2001 21:34:48 -0300 From: =?iso-8859-1?B?TWFydO1uIEjpY3RvciBBRkZMSVRUTyBFQ0hBR/xF?= To: Subject: RE: Fwd: Master Club Voisin/News: the problem Re: Order Message-ID: <002f01c15db6$04cf2580$b70de818@fibertel.com.ar> TODD HHUUUUAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!
