They have actually given the most 'humanitarian' response of all the militant groups, saying they did not war against civilians and were not spreading their war outside of the 'Occupied Territories' and without the blame the victim. At this point, there are going to be a lot of accusations thrown around in rumors. Let's not spread the baseless rumors, and label personal speculation as just that. Kind words, thoughts and prayers directed our way from around the world have ment a lot on this terrible day. I am afraid the necessity of demonstrating the utter un-profitability of such behavior is upon us. Should we fail to exercise our full power to all the terrorists and the governments who in any way support or shelter them, we and others will experience more and worse of what we had in NY & DC today. These barbarians took no half measures, I sincerely hope the United States doesn't either. My belicose thoughts in no way eclipse my concern and care for all whose lives were ended or forever altered by this tragedy. I am convinced they will not long remain the only ones so horribly touched if an overwhelming demonstration of force is not immediately forthcoming. I think I saw the phrase, "with extreme prejudice" used. That about sums it up. I have always thought the choice faced by WWI aircrews between fire and falling was horrible, but those brave men who got up and climbed into their aircraft were keenly aware of the possibility of having to make that choice. Those who jumped to their deaths from the towers today got up this morning with no inkling they would have to face that choice. They didn't know they were at war. Gaston, please don't cancel your visits to the US. That's what the
terrorists want; when we ALL (like people in many places on this earth)
cower in our basements, afraid to be alive and live, the terrorists win.

Everyone, stay healthy, stay calm, stay with your family if you're near,
with your faith if you're so inclined.
And thank you for being 'family'

Karen

In September 1939 there was often and 'normal' thing on Polish roads, that German planes (glorious figters too) strafed civilians, even small kids. Also shooting pilots, who jumped with parachute was 'normal' for Germans. And all that begun presumably in 1937 in small Basque town of Guernica. Also Japs aviators in China were simply murderers. But it was all XX century. XXI just begun... G. _________________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
