All American planes are being grounded or diverted to Canada and all planes are being grounded in Canada, and the CN tower has been closed off. That last aircraft crashed in the middle of nowhere. One positive note - they weren't smart enough to target the power grid (if the connection points to Canada were taken out most of the US eastern seaboard would be in darkness...) They were able to evacuate many (but not all) of the people from the World Trade Center. Mike F. All the Hendersons are home safe now, and stunned. News report says the President has gone to the Omaha bunker, and the Joint Chiefs have gone to Cheyenne Mountain, the WAY underground facility... Oy. Tonight at 11 PM Eastern US time, there is a prayer effort going to happen -- anyone who might be awake at that time is invited to join in. But I'm betting people are already praying all over the place.
