Because I couldn't possibly do this by hand I have a program do it once a day (at 2am EST I think). I had thought this was an acceptable solution, but if it is causing some people problems I'll see if I can do something to have the list software trigger the program when the digests are made. I don't have real good Lewis gun photos at the moment, but, there are at least three Lewis guns 25 miles away, and, I am in a slight time bind at the moment.  I can not change film in my camera since I am doing copy work for someones else and it will take a while longer.

Problem two.  They are in a moving situation and the guns are not on display or immediately available.  Unpacking will take some time.  The move is only fifty miles but it is a giant amount of stuff.  A lot is just mixed up at the moment.

When do you really need this stuff.   If you have the time I can do some photos, later, with a  good rule and metal yardstick in the photos for scaling.

The server builds the digest until it hits ~35K, then starts the next one. The uncompleted digest is not accessible. > > > Ps. Only good point is temp is +1C, so it is a bit slushy !! dave ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 05 Feb 2001 15:46:03 +0000 From: David Fleming To: wwi@pease1.sr.unh.edu Subject: Re: That is: Bleriot Book by the Smithsonian Institution Message-ID: <3A7ECABA.D772625F@dial.pipex.com> Brian Nicklas wrote: > Not Institute - Institution > > It was specifically spelled that way by James Smithson in his will. > You know, Institution seems about right for this list !! Very, very stiff. Matt: Well, you could spring for a high 'E' string yourself:)! Or else, learn the guitar so you could accompany yourself on the penny whistle. They're about 4 feet long, so one would last for quite a while. Sorry to hear that the yellow (ecru?) was wrong. I was wondering how that colour fit into the underside of things? Michael >np: _Faire Celts_, a collection of female Celtic singers - yum! Sounds like purgatory to me, I'm a Rangers fan myself (every English soccer fan has to have a favourite Scottish team - it's required. Do Albion Rovers actually exist?). _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 5 Feb 2001 10:00:26 -0600 From: Brent Theobald To: "'wwi@pease1.sr.unh.edu'" Subject: RE: 1/24 Scale Albatros D.V Message-ID: <4B9386E83999D411997100508BAF206A79ECFE@stamail.telecom.sna.samsung.com> Hey Bill, Yup, it's the Black Knight/Contrail Kit. Eric is the owner of Copper State Models (check the web site). He has detail bits for 1/28 scale Fokkers and Spads. I figure some of those detail bits will come in handy with the Albatros. What condition are your decals in? Later! I have one also, plus the Nieuport 17 and I've been looking for detail bits. Who's Eric and what does he offer? (I'm currently building a Metropolitan Caudron G III).
