Loz. decal the two wings this weekend and hopefully get it assembled in Feb. The the Eduard Roland is back up have the fuselage formers opened up just need some better weather in which to paint. In all actuality, you're best off getting it from NKR, if you're going to mail order it. By the time the postage costs and everything else figures into it, it will probably be around $20, and you'll get it quicker than from Squadron anyway.  The Pic of the Liberty in the Nacelle looks fine.  On the little
scratchbuilding I have done in my modeling life, I have always hated the
initial results until I mounted them into the greater model.   

 So....I think it looks just fine.  Most of the engine is hidden but someone
knowledgable will know it is a a Liberty.  So keep on trucking.

All of these projects are in the manly scale unless otherwise noted. Stuff I am actually working on right now: 2 Eduard Sopwith Triplanes ( 1 pledged for cookup) – I just started on these 1/1200 Liberty ship (scratchbuilt – I am working on the hull right now) Parts for scratchbuilt ot underwater thingy (lack of scale note intentional) Models pushed off to the back of the bench until I have another burst of enthusiasm: Eduard Albatros DVa (for cookup) – I didn’t get going on this one until late August. Right now most of the little bits and pieces are finished and waiting to be assembled. A bunch of DML triplanes 2 1/700 Liberty ships Kits lurking near the bench waiting to get pulled out: Flashback Sopwith Navy Pup 1/72 Eduard Fokker Dr.1 – I saw the price tag and couldn’t resist! ot Accurate Miniatures biplane ot inverted gull-winged thingy 1/350 ICM Konig 1/350 Liberty ship – starting to sense a pattern/obsession here? The photo of the prototype triplane on page 2 shows the arrangement of the framing and bracing, but would this have been left open? Or was there a fabric covering that would have looked like a solid bulkhead? 2. Of less importance, but still bothering me, how was the seat mounted? In the same photo mentioned above there is what looks like a U-shaped bracket below the seat. Is this the seat mounting? If so, what does it attach to?
