AFAIK the rudder is white, the crosses are black and white but everything else is red. At least at the time he died. Earlier machines, and presumably 425/17 at some point were only part painted to one degree or other. I have been assembling images (mostly xeroxes, some print-outs) of a/c in each Jasta that I can find. I have about 5 notebooks so far, with most of the Jastas represented. I notice that you list profiles for some of the more obscure Jastas -- which I'd love to see added to your site. These are: Jasta 1, 36, 45, 49, 65, 75, 80; please post them, when you get the chance.
