I've got the RarePlane 1/72 Gotha IV (in the box). The instruction sheet
gives some basic internal detail. A good source of information is Vol. 2 of
Aircraft Archive - Aircraft of WWI. It has a multi page spread on the
Gotha IV and V with some excellent internal and external detail drawings.
There doesn't appear to be a lot of visible differences between the IV
and V. The engines on the V were not fully cowled, and the nacelles were
a different shape. According to Alex Imrie's German Bombers of WWI the V
was slightly longer and higher than the IV.
