Yeah, you're right, but I was just trying to make the same point as
August and Douglas - how do you compare pilots in a period where
technology made such drastic changes? Can you say someone who shot
down DH2's in an EIII was less of a pilot than a Snipe pilot
taking on Rumplers? We only know of the men lucky enough to stay in
the air, and there is alot of luck in it!

BTW anyone got any hints and tips on the Eduard Siemens kit yet?
