Just had a look in the trade catalogues, and sadly, it looks as if
they are no longer in print.

If they're the ones by Kookaburra Books, they always were a problem
to get hold of, even direct from the publisher. Let me know if you want me
to chase it a bit further. NB: being Australian won't necessarily help me;
even we found Kookaburra *very* difficult to deal with.
