Additional comments:

Although I build plastic models as reference my main interest is in flying
scale R/C models. I have built a 1/5 scale Bristol F2B in Mckeever's markings,
a 1/4 scale Neiuport 17 in Billy Bishop's scheme and a 1/4 scale Fokker D VIII
(E V) in the colours of Jasta 6. My current project is a 1/6 scale SE 5 in
Billy Bishops colourful blue markings (Page 16 in Squadron's "SE 5a In Action"
book)
My projects are flown in the Scale Master Qualifier held locally and I even
took the Bristol down to the Championship one year.

My interest in the WWI net is in tracking down historical information about
individual pilots and their aircraft paint schemes. My normal thought process
in selecting a project involves finding an aircraft I like and picking one
pilot who flew that type of plane and documenting it.
