Just got the fax from Rosemont:

The Blue Rider decal sheet has decals, and color info for the
following four pilots:

(A) Ltn. Paul Baumer
(B) Ltn. Carl Boile (? fax isn't too clear)
(C) Ltn. Carl Boile "
(D) Ltn. Friedrich Kempf

(C) and (D) are the same aircraft (413/17), just in different time
periods with different Balkenkreuz.

Blue Rider quotes the Dr.I Special as the source.

Kempf's machine - according to this sheet - was standard Fokker
streaked dope on uppersurfaces; Turquoise (or, in my word "Sky") Blue
on all undersurfaces and struts; black rear fuselage on left side;
white rear fuselage on right side (these both include the horizontal
tail); and a black cowling with white center.

Hope this helps.
