This would be the D.VII, and not the D.VIII. However, you could
kitbash one together, using both the D.VII and Dr.I. Heck, you could
also kitbash a D.VI, as well!

I wouldn't worry too much about it. Just finish it, and if it's ever
known that Eduard is actually in error, then you can just say it was
a "prototype", based on drawings in Scale Models! :-)
