I may have contributed to this confusion, since my original post referred to
building the Eduard kit as a "warm-up" to my 1/72 scale version. The Eduard
is only available in 1/48. The only 1/72 scale kit I know of (and hence, the
one I plan on using) is the Revell, which is a simplistic kit, but seems to
be accurate in size and shape.
