Is Skyways Magazine still being published?

Yes, Skyways is still in production.
You must have been kicked off the list or perhaps had your copy
eaten by a mailsort machine (I had this happen with consecutive
issues of Finescale Modeler).
New Editor is Dave Ostrowski, who is doing a great job.
