I have yet to get my copy of Datafile 53 but I do have a copy of the Methuen
colour reference handbook. Under artificial light (fluorescent), both 17F8
and 18F8 are quite rich and dark. I guess you could say they are somewhat
similiar to what is called "Royal Blue" but the hue is a definite purple.

When I get datafile 53, I shall compare the colours in daylight and report back
unless someone else gets in first.
