I would go for the # 1 or #2. To go with number 2, however,
I think that there ought to be a hefty color section. The
things that are B&W would be mostly text and drawings, etc.
The actual photos of models as well as any graphics should
be done in glorious color. Color sells.

I would be willing to pay up to $15 for something like that,
depending on the quality. Another idea for that is to have a
prepublication price and a post publication price a la
Monogram books. In the best of all possible worlds, we would
want the price kept down so that more can be sold. There's a
point on the curve at which you start pulling in less income
due to the high price.... Maybe using a prepublication price
would get sort of a feel for the market and all that.

I really don't know squat about marketing; it was just my
major in college a long long time ago. Those are days that I
try really hard to forget.
