I would OPT for #1 but it is a bit extravigent - #2 would be completely
acceptable if done correclty. I think you're also overlooking option
1a: Glossy paper, MOSTLY B+W pages with color pages spread liberally
throughout where necessary. Similar to option 2 but more flexible. Should
be similar cost to #2.
