Some of us are looking at a Fokker DVIII with malicious and serious
intent..
But building? .......weeell......shortly....80)

I'm still researching it 80) . BTW, quite seriously [80(]....
I ran down a couple of old magazine articles [references supplied if
required], one of them by Peter Grey, and apparently the failure of the
wing was blamed originally on a second rear spar that IdFlieg ordered to
be installed.
Sounds a bit like sour grapes, to me. I can elaborate on it if
anyone's interested, but I was quite happy with the blame being tossed
squarely into Fokker's lap re: faulty materials and shoddy workmanship
[should I say "workpersonship"?.......no, bugger it, I won't 80)] on the
factory's part.
