The stockings were hung, from the fireplace tiles,
Soon to be filled with Windsock Data Files.
I in my stocking, and Ma in her cap,
I worked on that Fokker while Ma took a nap.
While at the workbench, I heard such a clatter,
I put down the tweezers to see what's the matter.
Just as I thought, St Nick had landed,
And said to me "What needs to be sanded?"
That fuselage seam, I said with a smile,
And lo and behold, he helped for awhile.
The seam was all finished, filed nice and smooth,
Old St Nick said it was time, he had to move.
Sorry he said, I really can't linger,
As I super-glued a prop to my finger.
As he flew away in what I thought was a sleigh,
I came to realize it wasn't that way.
Castor oil fumes, I smelled in the air,
As I noticed his ride had wings in a pair.
He yelled something out, I thinks it was this,
