Wasn't this a Russian version/copy of the DH-9 ???

When in doubt check in the new book on Russian aircraft by Alan Durkota
and company from Flying Machines press (no I haven't seen it yet) or
perhaps Bill Gunston's new encyclopedia of Russian a/c to get confirmation
of the above.
