I'm currently working on this kit and preparing a kit review for The WW1 modelers Site/IM.
This is the first resin kit I have made so it has definitely been a learning experience. If anybody has some hints or advice please feel free to contact me.

I'm now working on brush painting in some texture.
The photo on the bottom right shows a first attempt at the cylinder.
The base color is black and light gray sand able primer on which I dry brushed (beat an almost dry brush into the surface) tamiya black and white.
I was a little surprised when I saw the photo - it doesn't look that bumpy to my eye.
But, that photo is about 5X times life size.
