I've a lot of problem with the decals, one part of them, in water, herself detach in thousand pieces .... the other part became white with the Micro Set and Sol and for finishing the white of cross are so clear. For the wood, I' m useful the technic of World War I Modeling Page with acrylique paint, oil paint and for finishing yellow acrylique clear paint. Do be careful with the Humbrol clear paint, I've a problem with the solvent of this paint and oil paint.

Pfalz DIII and DIIIa models

Kit: Special Hobby (1:48)

For the DIII of Verner Voss, I have mixed Humbrol paint (1 part of #56, 1 part of #149 and 2 part of #22) for do the silbergrau. For the DIIIa of Bethge, I painted the fuselage with Humbrol #22 and Airbrush, for do the band I used some tape and paint with airbrush at Silbergrau. I had a lot of problem with decals the first time, I resolved this problem with a varnish applied with a airbrush. For the lozenge, I put the Eduard calque and after painted all with brush and acrylic Prince August paint. For finishing I used a varnish.
