Making Louvres in five easy steps!

This is Lance Krieg's method for creating Louvres. The example being demonstrated in an Ansaldo SVA.

1. Cut .005 or .010 styrene strips to the size of the area between louvers.
2. Glue these strips onto one longer piece that becomes the top or bottom of a row of louvers.
3. Trim the projecting nubs to the length of a louver, and add the other end, creating a panel full of holes.
4. Glue this panel into the cowl or whatever area needs louvers.
5. Fill the seams and sand flat
