This is the Modelkrak, all-resin kit of the Russian Austin "First Series" armored car. It's a very nice kit with excellent surface detail. The items added include an MV lens in the light, "piping" for the muffler and a brass rod drive shaft. Full details on the model can be found at Internet Modeler. The slogan on the car translates to "knight".
